Possible reasons are:
- There is no email account configured. Please contact your campus help desk to setup an email account.
- Email credentials are not valid. If your email credentials are not the same as your NetID credentials, then enter username and password in the section for alternate credentials in the Email channel. The alternate credentials section is not applicable for ScarletMail accounts.
- A large Inbox with many or large email messages, and/or large folders structure. Please use the Webmail client to clean up your email account.
