Do you have budgetary limitations?
Here at WCS we have a non-profit in-house auxiliary team of web developers that have a broad range of skills, capable of tackling the most technical tasks.
We have worked with both large and small departments at Rutgers, resolving the needs of the client with efficiency and quality customer service.
Web Development/Database Design
This phase consists of the actual implementation of the web based project. Here we use our skills in various technologies to bring the design into being. This is done through a combination of programming the functionality, creating and laying out the graphic design, and presenting the information in a logical manner. This may also include setting up database systems that interact with the website to enable a constant updated data feed to the user and allow higher level user interactivity.
This is the planning stage of a web based project. Here we find out exactly what functions need to be carried out by the system, identify what tools should be utilized, and how to present it to the user in an aesthetically pleasing way with the functionality that meets the client’s needs. Our experience with web services allows us during this phase to flesh out a project and understand how it should be implemented.
Is your website under performing? Are you considering a website redesign or looking to make improvements? Before you take the next step, let us audit your website. We will look at branding, visual design, content quality, code quality, social media integration, mobile compatibility, page speed, usability, accessibility, and search engine optimization (SEO). You will get a thorough report outlining all of the problem areas and improvements that can be made. Armed with this information you are sure to make the most informed decision regarding your website’s future.

Hourly Developer Contract
This service is for client who needs to hire WCS developers working under general supervision of client’s IT staff on an hourly basis. Client is responsible for assigning tasks/projects to WCS developers during the contract period and financially liable for the actual hours that WCS developers spent working on the project.
WCS does not provide off hours support.
Regular business days are defined as Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., except for University designated holidays, official closings and emergency closings.
With Annual Retainer Contract
Client pre-purchases a block of hours to be used over the course of the fiscal year. Unused development hours do not roll over to the next fiscal year.
Response during business hours will be within 24 hours. Response times are measured from when WCS is notified of and acknowledges the support request, to when someone actually responds to make an initial assessment.
Without Annual Retainer Contract
Support requests are placed in the development queue as received. WCS will make best effort to respond to support requests. Response times will greatly depend on WCS resource availability at the request time.
