EAS Support Units

SRDB Student ERP, Data Warehouse & Application Consulting

EAS unit responsible for supporting enterprise application services for various Student/Prospective Student related business processes. Supported systems include SRDB Student ERP, Student Data Warehouse, and Application Consulting & Support.

Rutgers Integrated Administrative Services (RIAS)

EAS unit responsible for assisting administrative business areas in automating business processes, development, maintenance, and production support. Supported systems include Oracle eBusiness PeopleSoft-HCM, Absence Reporting, HR Data Warehouse.

Banner Administrative Services

EAS unit responsible for supporting the Banner ERP suite, as well as, other RBHS and Rutgers wide administrative applications. Maintains central ImageNow systems.


Middleware Application & Data Management Services

EAS unit responsible for supporting middleware services identity/access services , and database & data services. Supported systems include myRutgers, Person Registry, NetID Mgt., CAS, Duo, Safenet, Shibboleth, LDAP, Grouper, and databases: Oracle, IMS, Essbase, SQL.

Enterprise Messaging

EAS unit responsible for providing enterprise messaging, mobile applications and other related services for the University. Supported systems include Scarlet Mail (Google Apps for Education), Rutgers Mobile Apps, Rutgers Auto. Mailing Service, Mailman list mailing services, and Emergency Notification Service.
